Generally speaking, the accidents caused by bearings are caused by improper installation and non-standard use. Therefore, if the installation and use of the correct method can be used, the service life of the bearing can be improved.
Matters needing attention before installing bearing:
1, the shaft, bearing body size is in accordance with the requirements of the drawings processing. Shaft, bearing body corner and right angle of the bulge, whether it can fully contact with the end of the bearing, must be fully checked.
2, should determine whether the shaft, bearing body mating surface with bumps, protrusions and so on. Is there dust or mold sand attached to the surface of the bearing housing?. If you want to use oil grindstone, fine sand paper or clean cloth and so on to remove. A small amount of lubricant should be applied to the working surface of the shaft and the bearing body in order to avoid bruising during installation.
3, bearing installation - force surface and force method, bearing installed on the shaft must be applied to its inner ring, installed in the bearing body, must be applied in the outer ring. Notice: the bearing is installed on the shaft, and the outer ring can not be struck. When the bearing body is installed, the inner ring must not be struck.
