Self aligning ball bearing is a method of forming a workpiece (self, aligning, ball, bearing stampings) by pressing and separating the plates, strips, pipes and profiles by press and die, so as to produce plastic deformation or separation so as to obtain the required shape and size. Stamping and forging are both plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively referred to as forging. The stamping blank is mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plate and steel strip.
Compared with castings and forgings, self aligning ball bearing has the characteristics of thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can produce other methods that are difficult to manufacture with stiffeners, ribs, undulating or flanging workpiece, to improve its rigidity. Due to the use of precision molds, the workpiece precision can reach micron level, and the repeatability is high, the specifications are consistent, can punch holes, convex and so on. Self aligning ball bearing is no longer cutting, or requires only a small amount of cutting. The precision and surface state of hot stamping parts are lower than those of cold stamping parts, but they are still better than castings and forgings, and the amount of cutting is less. Self aligning ball bearing consists of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, punch and cage. The inner ring is matched with a shaft with shaft to rotate together; the outer ring is matched with a bearing seat, plays a supporting role; with the help of the holder body stamping is uniform distribution in the stamping body between the inner ring and the outer ring, its shape and size and number directly affects the performance and the service life of the self aligning ball bearing; maintain frame can make the stamping body evenly, prevent the stamping body off, stamping lubrication rotary guide. Functions: self aligning ball bearing is easy to use, reliable to work, good starting performance and high carrying capacity at medium speed. Compared with the sliding bearing, the radial size of self aligning ball bearing is larger, the vibration reduction ability is poor, the life is low at high speed, and the sound is larger.
